Son para mojar pan así que no queden demasiado blandas pero tampoco que las tengas que comer con cuchillo y tenedor. Debe quedar una textura suave. Corrige sal.
  5. Cuando comiencen a hervir (hacen chof chof) prácticamente estarán cocinadas, prueba la sal de nuevo por si acaso, las dejas 2 o 3 minutos más y listo.
