- Una vez terminado con el pan rallado, en una fuente para horno ponemos un poquitín de aceite y distribuimos, luego ubicamos las milanesas y si tienen aceite en spray, rociamos por arriba, introducimos en él horno a temperatura media por unos 20 minutos para luego dar vuelta y finalizar la cocción, hasta eso habremos freído en aceite las papas, servimos con papas evitando así usar mucho aceite para freír, ricas e inevitables
