  7. Para el armando de los canelones: ponemos unas cuantas cucharadas de salsa blanca a nuestro relleno y mezclamos bien. Rellenamos los panqueques y los ponemos en una fuente para llevar al horno. Podés poner manteca en la base para evitar que se peguen.
  8. Por último, colocamos la salsa de tu gusto sobre los canelones. Podés usar el queso que más te guste para gratinar o lo que desees. Yo le puse queso barra y queso rallado parmesano, es a tu gusto 👌
