  4. Ya cuando este cocido la calabaza se va deshaciendo y queda casi un puré de por si sola se mezclan junto con el arroz casi ni se ve, agregar el queso parmesano, revolver y servir inmediatamente, se puede comer solo o como guarnición, yo lo acompañé con carne al horno
