  3. 1 taza grande ketchup
  4. 1/4 de cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
  5. 4-5 cucharaditas curry picante, o suave
  6. 2 cucharaditas pimentón ahumado
  7. 1 cucharadita cebolla en polvo
  8. 1/4 cucharaditas pimienta de Cayena
  9. 2 cucharaditas salsa Lea Perrins Worcestershire
  10. 4 cucharadas caldo de carne (o agua y un poquito de avecrem de carne)
  11. 2-3 cucharadas Agua

  1. Ponemos una olla con agua a hervir, y cocinamos las Bratwurst unos 6 minutos hasta que estén, también pueden hacerse a la plancha... Pero hervidas quedan realmente ricas! Reservamos
  2. Primero ponemos el ketchup en una sartén a calentar a fuego bajo, y cocinamos 3 o 4 minutos y añadimos 1/4 de cucharadita de bicarbonato, esto neutralizará el ácido de haber cocinado el kétchup.
  3. Veremos que el bicarbonato suelta una espuma, tenemos que remover constantemente hasta que el ketchup vuelva a ser 100% normal!
  4. Añadimos todas las especias: curry, pimentón, cebolla en polvo, pimienta cayena... y removemos bien. Añadimos el caldo, y un dependiendo la textura, vamos agregando cucharadas de agua. Ponemos la Lea Perrins también. Cocinamos unos 5 minutos a fuego bajito.
  5. Cuando la salsa esté con una consistencia más o menos como un ketchup, estará lista!
  6. Para servir, podemos cortar la wurst en trocitos y poner la salsa por encima... O, como hicimos en el taller, podéis comerla en un pan de perrito echando esa salsita, está realmente rica!!
    Luego si queréis agregar mostaza, o cebolla frita, adelante!
