  1. Lo primero que hacemos es limpiar la carne sacando la grasa, y procesamos, ya procesada, en un sartén añadimos aceite de oliva y pochamos la cebolla y el ajo añadiendo un poco de sal, dejamos que sude por 3 minutos a llama media
  2. Ya traslucida la cebolla, añadimos la carne procesada, y tapamos, a llama baja, añadimos la pimienta negra y las semillas de cilantro y procesamos que quede bien procesada
  3. Colamos y retiramos la cáscara, incorporamos a la carne, junto con el cúrcuma, garam masala, ají cayena, comino, y revolvemos bien
  4. Ya incorporado las especias, añadimos el cubo de pollo con agua fría ya disuelta, revolvemos y añadimos la lata de tomate concentrado, dejamos 4 minutos y añadimos la papa cortada en cubos dejamos por 15 minutos a llama baja
  5. Pasado los 15 minutos añadimos las arvejas congeladas, dejamos oor 5 minutos y apagamos se a acompaña con arroz basmati o arroz blanco con pan naam (recetario) también lo acompañe con salsa palak paneer que es salsa de espinaca. (recetario) de decora con hojas de cilantro nuestro plato y listo para comer queda exquisito
