- 250 ml alcohol etílico apto para consumo
- 1/2 kg azúcar
- 750 ml agua

- En un frasco con tapa (de más de 250 ml) poner el alcohol y las cáscaras limpias de 4 limones. Tratar de sacar bien la parte blanca. Yo voy poniendo la cáscara de los limones que uso, por lo cual si necesitas de un par de días para llegar a las cáscaras de los 4 limones, no te preocupes: anda poniéndolos en la medida que los uses. Solo deja el frasco tapado.

- Una vez que están todas las cáscaras, deja el frasco en un lugar fresco y oscuro por al menos 5 días (no hay problema si son más)

- El día que esté listo, prepará el almíbar con el agua y el azúcar. Es importante que quede un poquito espeso porque sino te va a quedar muy suave el licor. Una vez que este frío el almíbar, agregá el alcohol luego de haber colado previamente las cáscaras (vas a ver que las cáscaras quedan duras y quebradizas). Embotellá tu licor y ponelo en la heladera o freezer (como tiene alcohol, no se va a congelar). A disfrutar!
- Nota : podes hacer la misma preparación con otros cítricos, como naranja o mandarina. Asegúrate en el caso de las naranjas que sean de una huerta o árbol de algún vecino, por ejemplo, porque las de origen comercial muchas veces están "pintadas" (si, aunque no lo creas) para parecer más atractivas y entonces estarías ingiriendo innecesariamente un colorante.
