- Al día siguiente;
En una olla poner la chancaca, el agua, la miel, una manzana roja trozada (sin el carozo), y el jengibre en polvo, anís en polvo, canela en polvo, nuez moscada en polvo y clavo de olor en polvo. Calentar a fuego bajo, hasta que todo se disuelva. - En un bowl pones la mantequilla, y el azúcar, bate hasta cremar (que el azúcar se disuelva) agrégale la ralladura de una naranja chica, y los huevos de a poco y sigue batiendo.
