- Colocar los filetes e inmediatamente colocar la preparación sobre cada filete, de forma pareja y fina. Ayudarse con una espátula.

- Llevarlo al horno a 200°C durante 20 minutos.



- Cambiar el horno a posición grill los 5 últimos minutos, para que así se dore la superficie.

- Y ahora sí! Listo para servir con el acompañamiento que más te guste.
- Yo lo acompañé de ensalada de verduras y papas sancochadas al romero.
