- Empezamos salteando los ajos y el puerro y al minuto, añadimos las alubias negras. Salteamos por dos o tres minutos y apartamos. Unimos todo, menos el sésamo y machacamos con un tenedor y hacemos una medio pasta. Dejamos reposar.
- En una sartén o plancha ponemos un hilillo de aceite de oliva y donde pongamos las hamburguesas colocamos el sésamo. Sobre este nuestras hamburguesas y a fuego medio, dejamos unos 3 minutos por cada lado y listo
