☑️ Colocar en un bowl la harina, la sal, semillas y el aceite de coco derretido, integrar hasta obtener consistencia arenosa, luego poco a poco ir agregando agua hasta obtener una masa lisa y uniforme.
☑️ Cubrir con film y dejar reposar por 30 min.


- Relleno
☑️Asar todas las especias hasta que estén fragantes. Y luego moler hasta obtener un polvo fino. Agregar el morrón triturado y saltear hasta que desaparezca el olor del jengibre, agregar los garbanzos y las papas y el polvo de especias, remueve y saltea por 2 minutos. Y dejar reposar



- Armado
☑️ Dividimos la masa en 8 piezas iguales.
☑️ Estiramos con la ayuda de un rodillo (palote) sin que el grosor sea grueso ni fino.
☑️ Une los extremos uno encima del otro, presiona para que quede bien sellado.
☑️ Rellena el cono de samosa, aplica agua sobre la circunstancia del cono de samosa y cierra el cono.
☑️ Colocar en una bandeja previamente engrasada y lleva al horno a 180°C por aprox 20 min o hasta que estén dorados.


- ⏬Acompañarlos con una rica salsa chaat.
Mi versión
1C de Gram masala
1c de chili power
1C de pasta de tomate
30 gr de puré de tomate
Colocar la especie en la sartén hasta que desprenda su olor, luego agregar el resto de los ingredientes remover y reservar.
