- 1 limón

- C/N Semillas de sésamo tostadas

- Lavar y partir las berenjenas. Hacer unos tajos en la pulpa y colocar en una placa de horno. Llevar a horno 200ºC hasta que estén cocidas. Dejar enfriar.



- Con ayuda de un tenedor y una cuchara quitar la pulpa. Colocar en la licuadora y agregar un diente de ajo sin piel, un chorrito de zumo de limón, 3 o 4 cucharadas de aceite y el tahini. Salpimentar.



- Triturar bien hasta tener un puré fino. Si es necesario rectificar de sal y pimienta. Colocar en un cuenco, hacer un surco y rellenar con aceite. Espolvorear con el sésamo.



- NOTA: Lamento no tener una foto de presentación mejor, pero lamentablemente, la borré. Sin embargo, en el extremo izquierda de la foto publicada, se ve el baba ganoush.
