Meter en el horno a 180 grados durante unos 30’ o hasta que al pinchar salga seco.
  5. Mientras preparar la salsa. En una sartén poner el jugo reservado y unos tres champiñones. Pochar. Añadir la leche y los quesitos removiendo lentamente. Finalmente triturar todo.
