  5. Luego troceamos las verduras más grandes, en formas grandes, va de gusto. Recuerden ir agregando agua a los porotos, ya que lleva muchas verduras y éstas absorben bastante líquido.
  6. Como último paso y/o tip"sacar un poco de granos de poroto en un plato y aplastarlos y cocinar unos minutos con la olla destapada. Esto hará que el caldo del poroto se ponga más grueso y no quede un agua".
  7. Luego realizar un buen arroz blanco para acompañarlo y una buena coca con limón para ayudar a la digestión. "BON APPETIT"!
