- Agregamos a la plancha las fetas de panceta y las vamos dando vuelta hasta que estén crujientes (ojo por que se cocinan rápido). Agrega manteca antes de ponerla.
- Acá podemos tostar la rebanada de pan lactal en la misma plancha (para que tome todo el gusto). A la plancha hay que ir agregándole manteca constantemente.
