Bueno os cuento la receta, es la que siempre se ha comido en casa de mi abuela, os la paso porque es súper sencilla, y que mejor que en estos días en casa hagamos comida rica y fácil.

- Estos son todos los ingredientes que vamos a necesitar, consejo: yo tengo las lentejas en remojo toda la noche hasta el día siguiente que las hago, así conforme lo tengamos todo, sólo las tendremos 25 minutos al fuego, se hacen súper rápido!!


- Lo primero que haremos, freír en la olla los pimientos, y los retiramos a un plato, yo cojo la zanahoria y la cebolla y le doy un toque en la Thermomix, si no podemos picarlo todo muy pequeñito, una vez sacamos el pimiento incorporamos esta mezcla a la olla y rehogamos todo bien.



- Cuando ya está todo doradito, añadimos una chorradita de tomate frito y una cucharadita de pimentón, lo separamos del fuego y movemos bien, y ponemos los demás ingredientes que nos faltan, cubrimos con agua y añadimos las lentejas, yo suelo echar las a ojo por persona hecho 1 puñado y medio, y agua que cubra todo bien.


- Cuando ya tenemos todos los ingredientes incorporados, añadimos un poquito de paellero carmencita o comino y curry, le da un toque especial y queda riquísimo!!! Por último lo tenemos todo a fuego medio durante 25 minutos y listo. Os digo es opcional podéis probarlo sin y si os animáis a probarlo os encantará.
- Es una pena que no podáis olerlo porque tiene un olor y sabor riquísimo!!
