- Se desvenan los chiles y se ponen a asar en un sartén hasta que se doren.



- Se colocan a remojar los chiles de forma separada, (Chile ancho / Guajillo) en caldo del pollo previamente cocido

- Se pone a asar los tomates junto a los das piezas de ajo restantes y la media cebolla



- En otro sartén, se pone a tostar la canela, la pimienta, los clavos y el comino

- Se pone a dorar el ajonjolí hasta que cambie de color

- Ahora que ya tenemos todos los ingredientes asados y dorados, se procede a empezar a licuar.
- En una cacerola se coloca el aceite a fuego lento y se incorpora la mezcla licuada con caldo de pollo de la canela, comino, pimienta, pasas, clavos de olor y se deja sazonar aproximadamente 5 minutos

- Se licuan con caldo del pollo los tomates, cebolla, ajo, se incorporan y se deja sazonar aproximadamente 5 minutos


- Se licuan los chiles guajillos y los chile anchos y también los incorporamos dejando reposar 5 minutos aproximadamente, posterior se agrega la tableta de chocolate para que se vaya derritiendo

- Y para terminar se licúa por último el ajonjolí con la bolita de masa con caldo de pollo y se incorpora a la mezcla, dando vueltas hasta que tome una consistencia espesita y listo.
