- 1 Cucharada Levadura
- 1 Cucharada azúcar
- Aceite
- Mantequilla
- Ajo en polvo
- Para la salsa:
- 3 Tomates 🍅
- Orégano
- Laurel
- Aceite

- En un bowl agregamos la levadura, el azúcar y agregamos la taza de agua tibia, revolvemos y lo dejamos reposar 15 minutos



- Agregamos la harina y revolvemos con una cuchara, luego la dejamos en una tabla y amasamos hasta que quede uniforme



- En un bowl con 4 cucharadas de aceite dejamos la masa y la metemos al refrigerador por 45 minutos (ojalá con alusa)


- Mientras esperamos que nuestra masa aumente su tamaño, picamos 3 tomates 🍅 y le quitamos todas las pepas (así no queda ácida nuestra salsa), agregamos orégano, tomillo, hojas de laurel y sal a gusto. Una vez lista la salsa lo vaciamos en un pocillo, le quitamos las hojas de laurel y lo dejamos enfriar



- Sacamos la masa del refrigerador y amasamos agregando harina para que no se nos pegue, luego hacemos un rectángulo de la medida que guste y lo cortamos en tiritas



- Derretimos mantequilla, agregamos ajo molido, orégano y le ponemos en cada palito completamente y lo metemos al horno por 7 minutos



- Luego sacamos la bandeja y agregamos el queso picado encima! (Puede ser queso rallado (parmesano) o queso mozzarella o cualquier queso a gusto) y lo metemos al horno por 3 minutos más y listo!! Podemos hacer más mantequilla con orégano y ajo para untar más la salsa de tomates una verdadera delicia!
